WHY DAWN?

I’ve spent years in the EA seat supporting senior leaders at Saddleback Church, Bent Tree Bible Fellowship, and Mariners Church. I understand the pressure, the relationships, the unspoken expectations, and the ministry dynamics because I’ve lived them.

Now I coach Executive and Ministry Assistants across the country, helping them lead with greater confidence, communicate more clearly, and build stronger partnerships with the leaders they support.

I’m an ICF-certified coach and Working Genius Certified Facilitator—but more importantly, I know this work from the inside.
