Course access and refunds

The courses include 365 days of online access from purchase. Downloadable workbooks are yours to keep for personal use. You may request a refund for the course portion within 14 days of purchase.

Your assessment and debrief

After purchase, a staff member will reach out to set up a time for your 45-minute debrief. Your assessment link will arrive within 48 hours of booking your session, so you can complete it before you meet.

The Working Genius service is refundable until the assessment link is sent. After the link is sent, that service portion is nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise. Mandatory rights and remedies, including for nonperformance, are not limited.
