Why Dawn?

I know this work because I’ve lived it.

I spent years in the EA seat supporting senior leaders at Saddleback Church, Bent Tree Bible Fellowship, and Mariners Church. I understand the pressure, the relationships, the unspoken expectations, and the ministry dynamics that come with this role.

Today, I coach Executive and Ministry Assistants across the country. I’m an ICF-certified coach and Working Genius Certified Facilitator but this cohort isn’t built on theory. It’s the practical support I wish every EA had.
